While with Planbee, Celine project managed the document production of five restaurants and designed one of them: Over Under (KSA – Via Riyadh), which functions as a coffee haven by day and a sophisticated mocktail bar at night. She also served as project architect on the restaurant Berro’s (New Cairo City, Egypt) from concept design through to fit-out.
