PLANT Architect Inc. is working with Sheridan College students on the design of a mural for the Dr. Rob Turner Building at Sheridan’s Davis Campus. Illustration, Textile, Industrial Design and Furniture Design students took part in a three-day charrette at PLANT’s office, and the team emerged from the crucible with a distillation of design ideas that we can’t wait to implement. The mural will embody the values of the Faculty of Applied Health and Community Services, while reducing the building’s solar heat gain and energy consumption. Stay tuned in the coming months for our blog updates on this project.
