On Tuesday 5 March 2013, Lisa Rapoport participated in the Chief Planner’s Roundtable The Resilient City at Toronto City Hall, hosted by Chief Planner Jennifer Keesmat. The event brought together a range of city building experts in order to discuss creative solutions for the challenges of present and future city crises – from traffic congestion and blackouts, to climate change and severe weather events.
